Gouda and Pecan Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp minced chive
  • ¼ cup ground pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix the cheeses and the minced chive until combined.
  2.  Scoop out portions of the cheese mixture with a small scoop.
  3. With your hands, roll each scoop of cheese mixture into a ball.
  4. Roll the cheese balls in a bowl of pecans until evenly coated.
  5. Pierce each ball with a decorative toothpick.
  6. Serve.
