Preparation: 15 mn
Servings: 4 servings( tea cups shown in a picture)
4 sage leaves
3 whole cloves
½ cup fresh mint
2 cups Water
granulated Sugar to taste
1- Put all the ingredients except sugar and mint, in a tea kettle. Put the tea kettle on medium heat.
2- Bring water to boil then reduice the heat to low and let steep for 10 mn or so to give a chance to the essential nutrients to dissolve.
3- Pour the tea in a serving teapot after filtering it, in case your kettle does not have a filter.
4- Add Mint to the tea in a serving teapot.
5- Serve with sugar.
