Beef and Vegetable Frittata

3 green onions
2 cloves garlic
2 medium tomatoes
1 lb mushrooms
1 lb ground broccoli
½ lb ground beef
5 eggs
1 small yellow bell pepper
1 small green bell pepper
1 small red bell pepper
1 Ts paprika
½ ts black pepper
4 Ts olive oil

This recipe below, is one of the diverse recipes of a Frittata.
1- Put about 2Ts of olive oil in a pan over medium heat, cook the seasoned ground beef for 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
2- Put 2Ts of olive oil in another pan.
3- Sauté all the vegetables starting with the longer cooking veggies and ending with the softer cooking ones.
4- Season the vegetables with salt to taste, black pepper and paprika.
5- Let it cook for a minute; stirring occasionally, then add in the ground beef.
6- Beat the seasoned eggs and pour them in the pan.
7- Tilt the pan to make sure the eggs settle evenly.
8- Cook for a minute or two then turn off the heat and transfer the pan to the oven.
9- Bake in a preheated oven for about 30mn.
10- Let cool for about 5 mn before slicing.
11- Serve.
