Spinach Banana Pineapple Smoothie

This green smoothie is very healthy and very refreshing. It is naturally sweetened by mostly the ripened bananas. If you don’t like spinach, this is it! You can just toss them in a blender with few fruits to make this wonderful smoothie.

My child who does not like spinach, keeps asking for more of this smoothie, Woo hoo!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby spinach, raw
  • 3 peeled and sliced frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups water
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2.  Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy.
