French Yogurt Cake

Cook time: 40mn
Total time: 50 mn

Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 lemon zest
3 eggs
2ts baking powder

Preparation
1- First preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2- In bowl mix well yogurt and  eggs.
3- Add in the sugar, lemon zest and mix.
4- Add in the remaining ingredients one by one; the flour, the baking powder and the oil.
5- Pour the batter in a non stick circular pan.
6- Bake for about 30 to 40 mn.
7- Let cool and serve.
