Gouda and Pecan Cheese Balls

1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
1 Ts cream cheese softened
1 Ts minced chive
¼ cup grounded pecans

1- Mix the cheeses and the minced chive until combined.
2- Scoop out portions of the cheese mixture with a small scoop,.
3- With your hands, roll each scoop of cheese mixture into a ball.
4- Roll the cheese balls in a bowl of pecans until evenly coated.
5- Pierce each ball with a decorative toothpick.
6- Serve.
