Vanilla Chocolate Cream Dessert

Ingredients
For the vanilla cream
1 cup whole milk
½ egg yolk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 Ts cornstarch
¼ ts vanilla extract
For the chocolate cream
1 cup whole milk
½ egg yolk
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 Ts cornstarch
3 Ts chocolate chips

Preparation
1- Put the vanilla cream ingredients in a sauce pan.
2- Put the chocolate cream ingredients in another sauce pan.
3- Put both sauce pans over medium low heat.
4- Stir the ingredients constantly using both of your hands. The right hand to stir in the first sauce pan and the left hand to stir in the second sauce pan.
5- Stir until you obtain a nice thick cream.
6- Using your two hands, one to hold the first sauce pan with the vanilla cream and the second hand to hold the second sauce pan with the chocolate cream.
7- Pour both creams simultaneously in cups.
8- Decorate the cream dessert as you like, using grated chocolate or vanilla sugar.
9- Let cool, then serve.
