Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp pumpkin spice syrup (add more if you like it too sweet)
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 cup milk (of your choice)
  • whipped cream for serving
  • A pinch of pumpkin pie spice for garnishing

Instructions

I personally like to have my Latte in a small cup, so this recipe will make 2 small cups or 1 large. This is my version of Pumpkin spice Latte:

  1. Pour milk in a saucepan over medium heat. whisk well for a couple of seconds, to get the milk foamy
  2. Add in pumpkin spice syrup and instant coffee (can be replaced by your desired amount of brewed coffee)
  3. Mix well.
  4. Once the mixture is heated, take out of the heat.
  5. Pour in a cup and top with whipped cream.
  6. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

Pumpkin Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 ยฝ cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 ยฝ cups granulated sugar
  • ยผ cup water
  • ยฝ tsp vanilla
  • 1 small lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium high heat.
  2. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to medium low.
  3. Let simmer for 20 to 25 minutes
  4.  Pour in an airtight jar and let cool at room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate.
