In a large bowl, sift the flour, almond flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix them well with a spoon. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk the eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until the mixture thickens.
Add the flour mixture and mix just to combine with a wooden spoon.
Fold in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter in a slightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Sprinkle the rest of chocolate chips on top.
Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
