Pour milk in a saucepan over medium heat. whisk well for a couple of seconds, to get the milk foamy

Add in pumpkin spice syrup and instant coffee (can be replaced by your desired amount of brewed coffee)

Mix well.

Once the mixture is heated, take out of the heat.

Pour in a cup and top with whipped cream.

Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
