Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium low heat.
Remove from heat and add honey.
Mix well the butter and honey with a wooden spoon or spatula
Add Rwina flour gradually until you get the right consistency (not too runny and not too dry). Note that if you don’t consume this dish right away, you should make it runny because the Rwina flour will absorb the liquid.
Place in a serving dish.
You can consume it as is or garnish it with whatever you like, such as with nuts, candies, etc.
