Ingredients
8 Anaheim peppers
1/3 cup pitted black olives
salt
olive oil

Preparation
1- Preheat oven to 400 F.
1- Wash the pepper and dry with paper towel.
2- Put aluminium paper on a baking sheet and lay the peppers.
3- Salt the peppers and drizzel about 3 to 4Ts of olive oil.
4- Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 to 30 mn.
Make sure you return the peppers after 15 mn so that the other side will be baked.
5- Take out of the oven and put it in a bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap for about 10 mn. It make it easy to peel off.
6- Peel off the pepper and cut vertically with your fingers or a knife.
7- Put in a plate and add some cut black olives.
8- salt and drizzle with olive oil.
9-Serve with your type of bread.
